Government to host National Economic Dialogue 2025 to reset economy under Mahama

The Government of Ghana, under the leadership of President John Dramani Mahama, has announced the National Economic Dialogue (NED) 2025, scheduled for March 3rd and 4th at the Accra International Conference Centre.

This crucial event aims to address the country’s economic challenges and develop actionable solutions for sustainable growth.

The theme of the dialogue, “Resetting Ghana: Building the Economy We Want Together,” underscores the administration’s commitment to inclusive policymaking and citizen participation in economic decisions.

The National Economic Dialogue 2025 fulfills President Mahama’s campaign promise to engage citizens, industry leaders, and policymakers in shaping Ghana’s economic future. The forum will bring together:

  • Private sector representatives
  • Academia and public policy experts
  • Civil society organizations
  • Government officials

Discussions will focus on priority policies and structural reforms needed to drive economic revitalization, improve business opportunities, and enhance living standards across the country.

According to Felix Kwakye Ofosu, Spokesperson to the President and Minister for Government Communications, the National Economic Dialogue 2025 is designed to promote consensus and collaboration among all stakeholders.
