Natasha Osawaru, legislator representing Egor Constituency in the Edo State House of Assembly and newlywed wife of Nigerian music legend 2Baba, has been celebrated with the Best Legislator Award at the 2025 National Leadership Awards in Abuja.
“I am deeply honoured to receive the Best Legislator Award at the 2025 National Leadership Awards,” Natasha said during her acceptance speech.
“This recognition is for the people of Egor Constituency, Edo State, whose trust drives my commitment to women empowerment, education, healthcare, and youth development. Together, we rise!”
The recognition ceremony, held at the Nigerian Merit House, Maitama, brought together leaders, dignitaries, and citizens to celebrate individuals making remarkable contributions to society.
Natasha’s work in strengthening women’s empowerment initiatives, expanding access to education, improving healthcare, and advancing youth development was highlighted as a model of grassroots impact.
Sharing the news with her fans after the event, Natasha dedicated the award to her constituents.
She also reaffirmed her commitment to public service, promising to “serve with integrity, passion, and dedication.”
