Former Ghanaian boxer, Braimah Kamoko, also known as Bukom Banku, gave details about his lifestyle decisions, emphasizing that he abstains from alcohol and tobacco since he is a Muslim.
Giovani Caleb, a 46-year-old comedian, discussed his previous tendency of confronting people in his Bukom village who disrespected him in an interview with Showbiz 360. However, he also noted that he has since changed his ways.
Banku strongly asserted that he has never depended on spiritual activities like “juju” to promote his profession, attributing his success to divine intervention.
He denied any claims to have received this kind of assistance and warned against the detrimental effects it might have on a family.
He also counseled his son to stay career-focused and stay away from romance distractions.
“In my life, I have never smoked or drink alcohol because I am Muslim.
“Nobody can do ‘juju’ for me in this nation. Who says he’s done juju for me to support my career? Never in my life.
“It’s God…If you go for Juju and you die your children will face the consequences and it will affect their future. Anybody who claims to have given me juju should come out and say it. My superstar is real,” he stated.
