The Ghana Police Service is currently investigating a disturbing viral video showing a group of men physically assaulting a young man accused of stealing equipment.
The incident, which has garnered widespread attention on social media, depicts the alleged victim being beaten by the men.
In a statement released today, the Ghana Police Service called on the public to assist with the investigation by reporting any credible information regarding the individuals involved in the assault.
The police emphasized that those responsible for the attack will be arrested and brought to justice.
“We urge anyone with information to come forward and report to the nearest police station. The perpetrators of this assault will not be allowed to go unpunished,” the police said in their statement.
