Chairman of Ghana’s Constitutional Review Committee, Prof. H. Kwasi Prempeh, is of the view that something needs to be urgently done about the winner takes all in Ghana.
He is of the view that the losers in an election must be given roles to contribute their quota to the country.
Prof.H Prempeh believes that if losers are given something to do, they will not just sit back and critique everything the government does.
He believes that the time used for a foul campaign could be put to good use.
“We need to do something about this winner-take-all thing so that losers, too, can get something useful to do instead of staying in a foul campaign mode 24/7 for the next 4 yrs” he said in a post shared via social media.
