Go to court you seasonal association

Deputy Education Minister Clement Apaak has chided the Ghana Bar Association for finding its voice only when the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is in power.
He says, regardless of their calls, the president will not be distracted from exercising his duties as the first gentleman of the Republic of Ghana.
In a Facebook post, he indicated that the courts are available, and if the Ghana Bar Association thinks any law has been broken in the suspension of the Chief Justice, they can seek legal redress.
“President John Dramani Mahama will not be distracted by a Seasonal Association, which only finds its voice when the NDC is in power. If the GBA believes he has broken any laws, the courts are there.”
His comment comes on the back of the Ghana Bar Association urging the president to reinstate the suspended Chief Justice.
