Agradaa Saga: Minority on Sammy Gyamfi’s neck because they can no longer smuggle gold

A leading member of the Movement For Change, Hopeson Adorye, has indicated that the Minority in Parliament and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) are on the case of Sammy Gyamfi because of some regulations put in place by the Gold Board.
The minority in Parliament, at a press conference, condemned the acting chief executive of the Gold Board for doling out dollars to Nana Agradaa.
They urged the president to suspend him and get him investigated.
But reacting to the press conference, Hopeson Adorye was shocked that the minority would question Sammy Gyamfi on how he got dollar bills.
According to him, the minority are up in arms because they can no longer smuggle gold out of the country because of the Gold Board regulations.
“NPP has been in government, and they know that allowances are even paid in dollars. So if the minority caucus is asking where Sammy Gyamfi got dollars, then they are just witches. They have sold the ECG containers and have bought gold with those monies, but now they cannot smuggle it out of the country; that is why they are doing this to Sammy Gyamfi”.
Hopeson Adorye counseled appointees from getting closer to Nana Agradaa or any such funny characters because the next time something of this nature happens, there will be fire and brimstone.
