Head Coach of Bibiani Gold Stars, Frimpong Manso, holds the view that to be competitive in Africa, the team will have to make some signings.
According to him, Africa is at a higher stage, and there will be a need to blend experience with talent.
He explained that the leadership of the club will have to meet to decide on some additions to their team to help bolster the club in their African campaign.
On the success chalked this season, the coach said they had a good preseason, and that was transferred to the league season.
“I will say the preseason played a key role in our success this season. Throughout the preseason, we lost only one game. Then it showed in the first round. Even though we did not have extraordinary players, they all wanted to achieve great things,” he said.
