List of 22 institutions that are not accredited and have their NSA PIN codes withheld

The National Service Authority has withheld PIN codes for some 22 unaccredited institutions.

The decision to withhold the PIN codes of these institutions is because their accreditation has expired and has not been renewed.

The Authority made this known in a statement announcing that it has officially released PIN codes for 132,393 prospective national service personnel from 100 accredited educational institutions nationwide, for the 2025/2026 service year.

They explained that 3,597 of the submissions, representing graduates from 22 institutions, have not been processed, as those institutions are currently not accredited and remain unknown to the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC). Their graduates will not be mobilized unless the NSA receives verifiable evidence confirming their regularized accreditation status.

NSA urged institutions with expired accreditation to engage with GTEC and
regularized their status within the next 30 days. This will ensure a hitch free deployment
process for their graduates’ post-registration. All institutional accreditation data referenced
in this release has been validated by GTEC and is attached to this release.
