Bridget Otoo appointed as Presidential Staffer

President John Dramani Mahama has appointed renowned Ghanaian journalist and media personality, Bridget Otoo, as a Staffer at the Office of the President.
The announcement was made by the presidency on Friday, June 27, marking a significant addition to Mahama’s communications and policy team.

Known for her fearless voice and commitment to social justice, she has long been a prominent figure in Ghana’s media space.
Bridget Otoo is a seasoned broadcast journalist with years of experience in television news anchoring, media consulting, and content creation.
She is best known for her work with TV3 Ghana, where she gained nationwide recognition for her bold reportage and charismatic on-air presence.
Beyond journalism, Bridget has carved a niche as a social commentator and entrepreneur.
She owns a thriving cement retail business and has used her platform to champion women’s empowerment, LGBTQ+ rights, press freedom, and political accountability.
An alumna of the Ghana Institute of Journalism and the University of Cape Coast, she holds degrees in Mass Communication and Business Administration.
