The Greater Accra Regional Police Command has assured the public of bringing perpetrators of violence during the Ablekuma North rerun to book.
A statement from the police command said they are taking steps to identify the people who were involved in intimidation, assault among others to bring them to book.
The police used the opportunity to urge the public to volunteer information on persons who perpetrated the various crimes.

There were pockets of violence recorded during the rerun of election in some 19 polling stations in Ablekuma North.
The violence have been condemned by the New Patriotic Party (NPP) who were at the receiving end of most of the attacks.
