He said work started on the album two months ago and would have been big if they were able to see it through.
King Promise, who made this known in a post shared via social media sighted by mynewsgh.com, indicated that they were going to sample some of Daddy Lumba’s hit songs and create a new fusion sound.
He mentioned that the highlife legend fell in love with what he had already done and his body of work, and that he invited him to his residence, where he shared some nuggets of wisdom with him.
King Promise wished the news of his death would remain a hoax, but this time, the legend had truly died.
The artiste of the year assured Daddy Lumba his name will reign forever and his legacy will be kept flying.
