I disagree with Global Info Analytics poll on Akwatia by-election—Jeff Konadu.

Eastern Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Jeff Konadu, says he disagrees with the outcome of the poll by Global Info Analytics.
According to him, he will not discredit the polls, but he strongly disagrees because the story on the ground is different.
He believes the New Patriotic Party (NPP) will win the September 2, 2025, elections, considering the amount of work they have put into campaigning in the constituency.
Jeff Konadu was speaking to MyNewsGh.com in an interview at Akyem Wenchi on the sidelines of the one-week observation of the late Ernest Kumi.
He said, “I disagree with the poll because I have been on the grounds for so many days, and I know what I hear and what people tell me. I cannot tell whether it is correct or wrong. I don’t want to go into their space. Our people are winning, and I know that, God willing, the incoming MP is Kwame Asumadu.”
In their latest poll, Global Info Analytics have tipped the National Democratic Congress candidate Bernard Bediako to win the September 2, 2025, election.
According to the poll, he leads by 53% against Solomon Kwame Asumadu, who is lagging at 47%.
The poll indicated that the domineering factor that caused the rise of the NDC is the calls for development and the fact that persons with tertiary education and senior high education have decided to vote for the NDC’s candidate, who is a lawyer.
