The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially announced the release of the 2025 Senior High School placement results, urging all stakeholders to follow the process strictly.
In a statement, GES directed, “You are hereby directed to communicate this information promptly to all District Directors of Education and Heads of schools within your jurisdiction.”
The Service emphasized that the admission of students must strictly follow the placement list generated by the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) Secretariat.
“No school is permitted to admit students outside the official placement without prior written approval from GES,” the statement added.
Regarding the reporting process, GES confirmed that placed students are expected to report to their respective schools from 18th October, 2025.
Heads of Schools have been instructed to ensure that registration is conducted smoothly and in line with the guidelines provided.
The Service also warned that any infraction, including unauthorized admissions, would attract the necessary administrative sanctions.
“Regional and District Directors are to monitor and provide the necessary supervisory support during the admission period,” GES stressed, underlining its commitment to a transparent and successful admission process for the 2025 academic year.
