NSS Opens 2025/26 Registration Under New Digital Platform

The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced the reopening of its service portal with new reforms aimed at strengthening transparency and efficiency.

According to the Authority, the move follows “a directive from H.E. the President” after a technical and forensic audit revealed weaknesses in the previous Central Service Management Platform (CSMP).

“The audit found the system unsatisfactory,” an official statement said. “Consequently, the Authority was directed to design and deploy a new, more robust digital platform to guarantee transparency, security, and real-time verification.”

All previous registrations made in June 2025 have been declared invalid, and prospective service personnel are required to re-register on the new platform.

“Every prospective service personnel must re-register,” the Authority confirmed, citing data integrity issues, including “discrepancies in ages identified in the collected data.”

Registration for the 2025/26 service year opens on Wednesday, 8th October 2025 and closes on Wednesday, 15th October 2025, through the new website www.gnsa.gov.gh. The service year officially begins on Monday, 3rd November 2025.

The NSA added that new IT reforms and closer coordination with the Controller and Accountant-General’s Department will help “make payroll fraud a thing of the past and ensure the timely and accurate payment of allowances.”

The Authority also outlined new opportunities for graduates, including Youth in Agriculture programmes, community improvement projects, and private-sector partnerships.

“We are focused on creating diverse pathways for graduates,” the statement read. “Our goal is to prepare them with the skills and experience needed for the job market.”
