Head Coach of the Senior National Team, Otto Addo has acknowledged that it will be difficult selecting a squad for the 2026 World Cup.
According to him, Ghana has a lot of players scattered around the world who would be willing to represent the country.
Therefore, he will face difficulty selecting a squad to represent the country.
He made this known while addressing the press after Ghana beat Comoros to seal a place in the 2026 World Cup.
He said, “Ghana has so many good players. It’ll be difficult picking the squad for the World Cup”.
On qualifying the Black Stars for the World Cup twice, he acknowledged that it is a big achievement for him.
“It’s a big achievement to become the first coach to qualify Ghana for two World Cups,” he said.
