Some MPs will change allegiance before the next election -Prophet Clement

Prophet Clement Quansah has given insight into the political dynamics that could shape Ghana’s 2028 elections.

According to Quansah, there will be shifts within political parties, with some members openly changing allegiances.

“From June you will see many people have campaigned for other candidates, and there will come out publicly and say, ‘We were for this one, now we’re for Kennedy,’” he explained on Metro TV’s Good Evening Ghana monitored by MyNewsGh.

The prophet also addressed the role of internal party leadership.

He highlighted the potential influence of party officials such as the chief of staff, the party chairman, and vice presidents, noting that these roles could significantly affect election outcomes.

“After Dr. Mahama wins, there is always a prophetic probability based on what the other party would also do,” he said.

“I have given a certain prophetic council to the NDC on what they must do and what they should avoid.”

Quansah stressed that political pressure from the public could reinforce leadership decisions and influence election outcomes.

His forecast suggests a competitive landscape where party strategy and public sentiment will play key roles in shaping Ghana’s political future.
