Sister of the late Daddy Lumba, Ernestina Akosua Brimpomaa, has expressed worry over the fact that there is a scramble for her brother’s properties.
According to her, since her arrival, she has sought to be briefed on exactly what killed the legendary musician.
However, the stories keep changing, and that is a source of worry for her because her brother was no mean person.
“Charles can’t just die like that. No one is asking why he died, and that hurts me. I’ve always done everything together with my husband. It is sad that since I came, no one has been able to provide me with a better understanding of what caused his death. People are scrambling for properties and money as if my brother was not a human being,” she stated.
She acknowledged that Daddy Lumba may have made certain mistakes while alive; however, that does not give impetus to people to insult him and denigrate him.
“Everyone is susceptible to mistakes. I have seen and heard people insulting him, but they don’t understand his story, so they should be measured with their insults and criticisms,” she said on Accra-based UTV.
