I contacted Ned Nwoko and he told me he did not beat Regina — Dr. Kemi Olunloyo

Former investigative journalist and chemist, Dr. Kemi Olunloyo, has revealed concerning details about the private life of Nigerian actress Regina Daniels and her marriage to Prince Ned Nwoko.

Immediately after news wet viral that Regina Daniels has packed out after series of domestic violence, Olunloyo recorded a video saying, “My son messaged me this morning from New York and he said to me that he heard Regina and Ned’s marriage was over, and that the brother tried to rescue Regina from the house and thugs were asked to beat them up.”

“I immediately messaged Ned on WhatsApp and said, ‘Ned, we just saw this. What’s going on? Please talk to me,’” Olunloyo continued. She described a 30-minute phone call with Ned in which she interviewed him for clarity.

According to Olunloyo, Ned refuted claims of domestic violence: “I was not in the house yesterday. I traveled and came back to see the baby. The narrative that I beat Regina up is not true.”

Ned reportedly disclosed that Regina has struggled with substance abuse over the past eight months. Olunloyo quoted him; “She’s coming in and out of rehab. It works sometimes, and then again it doesn’t. The drugs are so powerful, they take over you.”

Ned also blamed Regina’s friends and family for introducing her to drugs. Olunloyo explained, “Prince Ned told me that Regina’s sister and her friends introduced her to drugs, just like Bobby Brown introduced Whitney Houston. These drugs can ruin your life.”

Olunloyo emphasized her concern for Regina’s influence as a public figure, noting her past warnings about vaping and other risky behaviors. She concluded, “Ned will release a statement tomorrow, but I am trying to reach Regina to hear her side.”
