He acknowledged receiving the summons earlier in the week and confirmed compliance. “I received a letter from the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) on 29th October 2025, at 11am. I will be available at the OSP’s office on Friday, 31st October 2025 at 11am,” he earlier stated.
Following the meeting, Mr Kotey reported that he appeared with a delegation that included his legal team and senior DVLA officials. “This morning, I formally honored the invitation extended by the Office of the Special Prosecutor,” he said. “I attended the meeting with a full delegation.”
He commended the conduct of OSP officers and reiterated his willingness to support the investigation.
“I wish to express my sincere appreciation for the professionalism demonstrated by the OSP officers. I have given them my assurance of unwavering readiness to cooperate fully with any investigation they deem necessary,” he noted in a new post sighted by MyNewsGh.
According to him, Members of Parliament and party supporters also accompanied him. “My gratitude also goes to all the party faithful who demonstrated their solidarity by attending,” he wrote.
