This reinforce our shared purpose

Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko has underscored Africa Legal Associates’ (ALA) role in supporting Pan-African commerce and the AfCFTA, highlighting the firm’s strategic expansion across the continent.
“Our ambition is clear: to build a truly integrated Pan-African law firm, aligned with the spirit and commercial promise of the AfCFTA,” he said.
“This vision, fuelled by discipline and an unwavering belief in the continent’s potential, has guided us for ten years.”
The firm operates in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Côte d’Ivoire, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Namibia, South Sudan, Mauritius, and will soon open in Angola. ALA also serves Africa’s sixth region from its office in Guyana, facilitating global African commerce.
Otchere-Darko credited the firm’s leadership and partners for their dedication.
“These milestones reinforce our shared purpose and demonstrate the impact of our teams at Africa Legal Associates and Africa Prosperity Network,” he said.
The breakfast meeting will serve as both the culmination of the 10th-anniversary celebrations and a strategic launchpad for the next decade, focusing on scaling Ghanaian companies across Africa.
