You are more powerful than you know

Reggie Rockstone has called on young Ghanaians to actively participate in national discourse and hold their leaders accountable, stating that they possess untapped power to drive change.
Reflecting on the influence of youth in contemporary culture, Rockstone challenged them to redirect their energy from social media trends to civic action.
“These young people don’t know how much power they got,” Rockstone stated in an interview on Joy Prime monitored by MyNewsGh.
“Can you imagine that same crowd [at a celebrity birthday] turned up for an anti-galamsey march? That would be a statement.”
He expressed frustration with the reverence given to politicians, arguing that citizens are the true employers. “We put him up there. You got to hold them accountable,” he told George Quaye during the interview.
“We need to be more about Africa. We kind of leave everything to these politicians… and don’t you understand that you chose them? They work for you. It’s not the other way.”
