Popular Facebook influencer Abena Magis aka Abena Manokekame has responded to a fraud allegation leveled against her and her brother identified as John Kwesi Odoom.
The accuser disclosed that he had paid an amount of Ghc50,000 to Abena and her brother for a job opportunity in Canada and Cayman Island but from 2023 till date Abena and her brother are yet to fulfil their part of the contract.
The netizen claimed that the matter has been reported to the police but they have also not been able to retrieve the money from them saying they can’t force them to take the money.

In a new development, Abena Magis has in a post on Facebook responded that she is not a scammer and this situation happened to be one of the deals that have gone wrong.
According to her, she has been able to help many with her connection but a few people haven’t gotten such an opportunity.
She added that she would have reacted just like how this netizen who accused her and her brother did but one thing that she wants to make clear is she isn’t a scammer or a fraud.
