Afena Gyan returns as Otto Addo names Black Stars squad for unity cup 2025

Ghana’s Black Stars coach, Otto Addo, has announced his squad for the Unity Cup 2025 edition.
The tournament is made up of Trinidad and Tobago, Nigeria, and Jamaica.
The Black Stars face the Super Eagles on May 28 in their first fixture, with the winner advancing to the final while the loser fights for third place.
The list contains some new and old names; however, conspicuously missing is Arsenal’s Thomas Partey, who is reported to be sorting out his contractual issues with his club.
Mohammed Kudus is also missing from the list, as the player needs to rest after a very difficult season with Manchester United.
Returning to the squad is Felix Afena-Gyan who plays for Juventus Next Gen.
