Akosua Serwaa presented Lumba’s drinks to his family, signifying the dissolution of their marriage—Late Lumba’s Lawyers

Lawyers of the late Daddy Lumba have reminded Akosua Serwaa that while the musician was alive, she presented his drinks back to his family.

According to the lawyers, Daddy Lumba acknowledged the drinks, indicating that their marriage had been dissolved before the musician’s demise.

The Lawyers, in a letter that has since gone viral, indicated that Akosua Serwaa had written to Daddy Lumba through her lawyers on February 4, 2018, expressing her intention to initiate divorce proceedings against him.

The then Lawyers of Daddy Lumba called the bluff of Akosua Serwaa, who is said to have made several allegations, which Daddy Lumba denied.

However, she went ahead to present Lumba’s drinks to his family, which was acknowledged by the late musician.

Meanwhile, Akosua Serwaa is seeking an injunction on the funeral of the late musician.

According to her, she and her children were not involved in any of the decisions taken regarding her husband’s final funeral rites.
