What are the coaches saying?

Hearts of Oak coach Masud Didi Dramani is not underestimating Asante Kotoko.

He holds the view that the club has a strong team, however, he intends to exploit their weaknesses.

The gaffer is quoted to have said “Kotoko are a tough opponent with experience and pedigree. Every team has its strengths and weaknesses — we’ll focus on maximizing ours while exploiting theirs. Our goal is to stay consistent, maintain our identity, and play with intensity to win the game”.

For Asante Kotoko’s coach, Karim Zito, he is pumped up for victory. He explains that he is coming for the three points.

“It’s not about me being better than him. It’s about the game, the league we’re playing in. Yes, it’s Hearts of Oak, but it’s still the same three points you get when you play Dreams FC. My focus now is simply to win, not to prove a point. That said, beating Hearts would definitely give us a big morale boost,” he said.
