The Member of Parliament for Abetifi, Dr. Bryan Acheampong, has issued a rallying call to members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), urging unity, discipline, and renewed focus as the party gears up for the next general elections.
In a statement addressed to party members, Dr. Acheampong emphasized the urgent need to rebuild and rebrand, warning that internal division only weakens the party’s chances of a strong comeback.
“As we prepare to reposition our Party, we must stay focused on efforts to rebuild and rebrand,” he stated. “While passionate political discourse is natural, division and hostility only serve to weaken us.”
Dr. Acheampong reminded members of the core values that tie them together: patriotism, purpose, and a shared vision for Ghana.
“I urge all party members to remember what binds us: our shared values, our love for country, and our belief in a thriving Mother Ghana. Now is the time to rise above factions and forge a new path built on collaboration, courage, and credibility.”
He stressed that rebuilding the NPP is not just a strategic goal, but a collective responsibility.
“This is about working together, disciplined and united, to build a stronger future for our Party,” he concluded.
