Kumasi-based Asante Kotoko has announced that Abdul Karim Zito has been confirmed as Head of Coach of the club.
Karim Zito is said to have signed a two years deal with the Kumasi-based club and will lead them as they represent Ghana in the Confederations Cup.
Karim Zito took over the club at the dying embers of the ended season after Dr Prosper Nartey Ogum was sacked for underperforming.
He ensured the club was in the top four and also won the FA Cup to end the season.
Karim Zito also won the President’s Cup against Hearts of Oak at the Accra Sports stadium.
