Atiwa East NPP holds delegates conference to reposition the party for victory 2028

Member of Parliament for Atiwa East in the Eastern Region, Abena Osei-Asare, has beefed up efforts at making the New Patriotic Party attractive in her constituency.
She is of the view that the party, after their 2024 defeat, needs to rebrand, rebuild, and retool for the years ahead.
As a result, the Member of Parliament organised a delegates’ conference in her constituency, which brought together the leadership of the NPP in the constituency and the region to deliberate on how best to position the political party for victory.
In a post shared via social media on the conference, Abena Osei-Asare insisted that the party’s lifeline is the polling station, and if they want to win power again, there will be a need for instilling discipline, fostering unity, and rebranding our image right from each polling station.
She indicated that with that done, the party can together work towards achieving the goal of winning the 2028 elections.
Her post shared via social media read “Yesterday, we converged at our 2025 Delegates Conference under the powerful theme: “Rebrand, Rebuild & Retool the Party.”
This is not just a slogan — it’s a mission that begins from the ground up. The conference, chaired by the Constituency Chairman, brought together the Regional Secretary and his deputy, the Council of Elders and Patrons, the Constituency and Polling Station Executives as well as Electoral area coordinators.
I believe the soul of our party lives at the polling station level. That is where our strength lies. If we want to lead Ghana again, we must begin by instilling discipline, fostering unity, and rebranding our image right from each polling station.
Together, we will rebrand. We will rebuild. We will retool.
And together, we will win!
