The New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Thank You Tour was taken to the Eastern Region today, May 24, 2025.
The tour was put on hold for some engagements, both locally and internationally, including the International Democratic Union (IDU) Conference in Belgium and an engagement in London.
The former flagbearer of the NPP has already toured thirteen regions.
In the Eastern Region, the Vice President has had engagements with stakeholders in Nkawkaw, Bunsu, and Koforidua.
He will end his engagements in Asamankese on Sunday before he moves to the Greater Accra Region for other engagements.
Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has, throughout the tour, thanked Ghanaians for voting for the NPP and has apologised for the wrongs of the New Patriotic Party while in government.
