The National Organizer of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) Hon Joseph Yammin has dared members of the anti-Galamsey task force to burn his excavators if indeed he is involved in galamsey activities.
Mr Joseph Yammin has debunked allegations levelled against him he was now the kingpin of Galamsey activities after the NDC won the 2024 general elections.
Speaking in an interview with AMBASSADOR TV host Osei Kwadwo monitored by MyNewsGh.com, the NDC executive emphasized that “I want all the anti galamsey task forces to burn all my excavators and publish my galamsey site to shame me if indeed I’m involved in the ongoing galamsey activities”
“All those who are spreading false news about my involvement in galamsey activities have failed to publish my galamsey concession because they have no evidence about the false allegations they have leveled against me. People are just spreading all these allegations just to tarnish the name Yammin but it is not going happen because I will fight till I win” Yammin stressed.
“I don’t involve in galamsey activities so that’s why I have been bold enough to tell all the anti galamsey task forces to go to my so called galamsey site and burn all my excavators and galamsey equipments”, he reiterated.
Joseph Yammin explained that “All those who are accusing me should be bold enough to publish galamsey site to back their allegations and shame me but they can’t do it because they know they are just spreading misinformation to tarnish my reputation”.
“I’m not above the law in this country so if indeed I’m involved in galamsey, the anti-galamsey task forces should quickly go on site burn my excavators and show it to the whole world that Joseph Yammin is involved in galamsey. But even those spreading the news are aware that they are spreading false news which I will soon take legal actions against them”. He threatened.
