US President Donald Trump has shared his thoughts on the relationship between golf icon Tiger Woods and his former daughter-in-law, Vanessa Trump.
Speaking publicly on the matter, Trump expressed nothing but admiration for both individuals, stating, “I love Tiger, and I love Vanessa.”
Trump revealed that Woods had personally informed him about the relationship months ago. He described their bond as strong, highlighting their history both on and off the golf course.
“Tiger actually called me a few months ago… I have a very special, very good relationship with Tiger,” Trump noted.
Reflecting on Vanessa’s past marriage to his son, Donald Trump Jr., which ended in 2018 after 12 years, Trump acknowledged the difficulties they faced.
However, he focused on the positive, emphasizing that despite their split, Vanessa and Don Jr. share a deep connection through their five children. “Their kids are incredible,” Trump remarked.
Woods and Vanessa made their relationship public on Instagram on March 23, sharing their joy while requesting privacy as they embark on this new chapter together.
Trump concluded his remarks by wishing them well, signaling his support for the couple’s happiness.
