Within 24 hours of swearing-in, the People’s representative of Kintampo North constituency, Hon. Joseph Kwame Kumah, took to the media to expressed his profound gratitude to his constituents for blessing him with a second term in the august house of Parliament.
Yesterday, in an interview on Adom FM, the Hon. MP thanked all regardless of whether one supported his second term bid or not. He urged them to support him and President Mahama with prayers for good leadership to reset Ghana for economy prosperity.
Hon. Kumah added that his first term in office afforded him the opportunity to upgrade his knowledge on Parliamentary oversight at the International Law Institute, USA and the relationship between the Judiciary and Parliament on best practices in the UK. The knowledge he obtained from these impactful trainings would be brought to bear during budget analysis and other Parliamentary engagements.
The Hon. MP also called on Ghanaians to keep faith with His Excellency John Dramani Mahama and his able veep to deliver on their campaign promises to better the lives of lots.
