A 32-year-old skydiver, Jade Damarell, tragically lost her life in what authorities and professionals believe was a deliberate act during a jump near Shotton Colliery, County Durham, in the UK.
The heartbreaking incident occurred on Sunday, April 27, 2025, during a scheduled jump with Sky-High Skydiving.
Jade, who had completed over 400 jumps in her skydiving career, was known within the community for her experience and passion for the sport.
In the days leading up to the incident, she had completed 11 successful jumps. However, her final jump ended in tragedy when she exited the aircraft and failed to deploy her parachute.
