Singer Davido has clapped back at a social media user who mocked him over a post showing his breakfast on Snapchat.
The artist had shared a photo of a plate of fried plantain, peppered meat, and eggs alongside a cozy view of his living room, captioned, “Put on the fireplace today… winter is upon us.”
However, a user reposted the image on X (formerly Twitter), suggesting that such content should have stayed on Snapchat. “This type of thing should be going on his Snapchat,” the user wrote.
Davido quickly replied, expressing his frustration. “Ur very stupid… nah u go tell me wetin to do with my life. I never see this kind thing before… I can’t post my plantain n eggs again… wtf y’all be on fr,” he fired back.
This is not the first time the singer has clashed with a social media user.
In 2023, Davido reacted sharply to a comment made about his late son, describing the troll’s words as “heartless and evil.”
The post led to widespread condemnation of online insensitivity, with many fans urging celebrities to protect their mental space from online negativity.
