I don’t keep things in me — Tinny reveals why he is still young

Ghanaian rapper Tinny has opened up about the secret behind his youthful appearance and inner peace, revealing that his stress-free approach to life keeps him grounded and ageless.
Tinny explained that he avoids unnecessary tension and negativity, a lifestyle choice he credits for his unchanging looks and calm demeanor.
“I live too much of a stress-free life, you know. I don’t keep things in me. I sleep when I sleep. I can’t have any bad intention or bad mentality and sleep over it, no. It will go,” he said Speaking in an interview with Doreen Avio and Kwame Dadzie on Hitz FM as monitored by MyNewsGh.
The “Makola Kwakwe” hitmaker noted that he stays away from bad energy and believes in letting life unfold naturally.
“I can’t be at a place that there’s bad energy. No, I’m a happy-go person and I don’t force things to happen in my life. I believe in natural, the organic way,” he added.
Tinny also revealed that his health routine isn’t built around strict diets or gym sessions. Instead, he listens to his body’s needs.
“There’s nothing like breakfast, lunch, and supper for me. When I wake up and I don’t feel for food, I don’t eat. I eat when I feel like eating,” he said with a chuckle.
The rapper, who has been in the industry for over two decades, said this “unprogrammed” lifestyle has kept him refreshed both mentally and physically.
“I’ve not been programmed like other people. That’s what’s helping me, I would say,” Tinny concluded.
