I Ignore Atta Akyea; He Claimed Akufo-Addo Couldn’t Be President

Flagbearer hopeful Kennedy Agyapong has responded to Atta Akyea’s claims that he is not fit to lead the New Patriotic Party (NPP) because of his temperament.
He says Atta Akyea was part of the brigade that said Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was unfit to be president.
Therefore, he will not respond to him.
The former legislator is of the view that Atta Akyea’s comments were just to spite him and cause him to attack, but that will never be his style going forward.
“Atta Akyea is one person who did not believe Akufo-Addo was presidential material. The kind of words he used to describe Nana Addo were so bad that if I had told Nana Addo, he wouldn’t have made him a minister when he won power,” he said on Takoradi-based Sky FM.
He further emphasized that the camp Atta Akyea belongs to does not have a message, and therefore believes that spitting on him will make him angry so that he will respond negatively.
However, he is a changed man who is selling his message of job creation to the delegates.
