A Ghanaian prophetess has sparked debate online after claiming that the late highlife icon, Daddy Lumba, appeared to her in a vision seeking help.
In a video shared on TikTok via the account @koforiduaflowers5 on August 3, 2025, the elderly woman emotionally recounted the unusual spiritual encounter.
According to her, the vision was vivid and unsettling. She described seeing Daddy Lumba lying prostrate in front of a house.
When she approached him, the late musician reportedly told her he had been struggling with someone inside the house but had managed to overpower the individual and escape.
“I saw him again lying prostrate in front of the house, and I questioned him, only for him to tell me that he was struggling with someone in the house.
“However, he overpowered him and ran out for help. His attempt to get into the house failed after he was denied access on the grounds that he was no longer among the living,” she narrated.
While she refused to publicly share the exact message Lumba allegedly gave her, she stressed that it was meant specifically for Akosua Serwaa, the Germany-based wife of the late singer.
The prophetess did not state whether she had successfully reached out to Serwaa, but the video has since gone viral, with fans of the legendary musician reacting with a mix of curiosity and scepticism.
