Evangelist Lord Kenya, real name Abraham Philip Akpor Kojo, has revealed that it is a miracle that he has been saved and called to preach the Word of God as an Evangelist, given the wayward and immoral he was in the past.
Speaking in a recent sermon, the former Hiplife heavyweight stressed that it took the grace of God to have him turn a new leaf and embrace Christianity as a preacher.
“I used to smoke ‘wee’ with the Bible… At a point, I could go to embassies with canes to go and beat them. It’s all about the grace of God,” he revealed.
Lord Kenya hit the music scene in 1998 with a single, and a matter of a few years, he dominated the Rap and Hiplife music scene before retiring in 2010.
Upon his retirement, he founded the Face of Grace Covenant Temple through which he spread the word of God as an Evangelist.
