If cause of 2024 defeat remains a secret NPP will lose 2028 election even if Jesus Christ is made flagbearer

Former Legislator, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong is of the view that the New Patriotic Party will not win any election unless the cause of the 2024 defeat is made public.

He says even Jesus Christ as flagbearer of NPP will not be able to win any election if the party does not reveal the cause of their defeat and work towards making right their wrongs.

Kennedy Agyapong was speaking at the conference of Chairmen of the NPP when he made this known.

To him, those who are relevant in the party must have an understanding of the findings of the Ocquaye report in order to guide the party going forward.

”All we know is Mike Ocquaye came to brief us and said expansion. So are we saying because of expansion that is why we lost miserably? We have not answered that”.

He continued “ so why do you jump to go and conduct an election to elect a presidential candidate? If you don’t solve those problems, you can bring Jesus Christ as your presidential candidate even from today we still can’t win”.

He questioned the NPP’s campaign message since the party and its members are not aware of why they lost the 2024 elections.
