It was a slip – OliveTheBoy on viral stage fall

Singer OliveTheBoy has clarified reports about his recent slip on stage, describing it as a normal hazard of live performance.

“Yeah, it was a slip. I saw that it was slippery, but I still went for it.”

He emphasized that he considers such incidents a milestone every artist eventually faces. “As I enter the industry, I’ve been waiting for my own. I see it as something you have to go through once in a while,” he said on Hitz FM.

According to him, he was unfazed by the moment. “It wasn’t even funny for me. At that moment, I was like, okay, so this be the time. Then that’s fine.”

Asked whether performers anticipate potential mishaps before going on stage, he replied, “When you are mounting the stage, anything can happen. I can fall, anything. I can be booed. It’s possible.”

He also mentioned that stage safety is not the artist’s responsibility. “That shouldn’t be our work. If you want it to work and others don’t do their part, you just have to be ready for anything.”
