The man who was assaulted by one of Cheddar’s bodyguards has decided against filing a complaint against the security guard.
According to him, the security guard has learned from his mistakes and has apologized for assaulting him.
He made this known when he addressed the press on the matter after he was checked by the doctors of the 2024 presidential candidate, Nana Kwame Bediako.
“I received a call from Nana Kwame after I was assaulted by the bodyguard. He asked that I come to Accra so that I will be checked by his doctors. When I came, the doctors had me checked.
The guard who landed two strong punches on my chest has also apologized for what he did, and so I have forgiven him,” he told the press.
Prior to addressing the press, a statement from the New Force condemned the attack on the man and disclosed that there is an ongoing investigation into the matter.
The New Force apologized to the man who was assaulted during Nana Kwame Bediako’s visit to the Mamponghene’s funeral.
