NPP must decide if they’ll choose an acting chairman—Sick Stephen Ntim’s family speaks

Sister of the National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Hon. Adelaide Ntim has intimated that her brother needs to step aside from party duties to help the family take care of his health.
According to her, the chairman of the largest opposition political party is currently indisposed and cannot be made to take part in any of the party activities.
She believes that it is best that he take time off party activities and ensure that he is in good shape.
Speaking to Asempa FM after the family issued a letter to the political party, she said, “He has to be relieved of the position for some time. This is because we have to ensure he takes good care of his health. The party hasn’t brought us a letter, but people are complaining.
He is my brother, and I’ve been told, but I did not know he was seriously ill until I was called by the elders in the family and was told about his ill health”.
On whether the party should appoint an acting chairman, she said, “We have brought a letter to the party, and it behoves the family to decide on whether they should appoint a new chairman of the party.”
