The opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) has condemned the decision to declare his seat vacant.
According to the party, the ruling by the Tamale High Court will destroy the country’s democracy.
They believe that if this is made to fester, the election grounds will be turned into a battleground, as any individual who thinks the election is not going their way will cause chaos and run to court.
