Former President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has eulogized Daddy Lumba for his impact while on earth.
Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo believes that the musical legend’s legacy will be lasting footprints on our memories.
He used the opportunity to pray for eternal rest in the Almighty’s Bosom for his soul.
Making this known in a social media post, the former President said, “On Saturday, 30th August, 2025, I joined the family of Charles Kwadwo Fosu and mourners from across the country to mark the one-week rites of our great musical icon at the Independence Square in Accra.
Daddy Lumba’s work and legacy will be lasting footprints on our memories and I pray for eternal rest in the Almighty’s Bosom for his soul, until the Last Day of the Resurrection, when we shall all meet again”.
