Nigerian actress and content creator Ariyiike Dimples has expressed concern over what she describes as widespread insecurity among men, saying many appear mature on the outside but struggle internally with complex emotional issues.
Speaking on the Open Up podcast monitored by MyNewsGh, she said her interactions with different men have revealed a recurring pattern.
“A lot of men look mature and everything, but I have spoken to men that even have all the billions,” she said. “A lot of them are intimidated. They have complex issues.”
According to her, financial success does not eliminate emotional instability, and many men mask their insecurities behind wealth, status, or appearance.
She argued that society often overlooks these struggles because men are expected to be naturally confident or emotionally stable.
Her remarks add to ongoing conversations about male vulnerability, mental health, and the pressure men face in relationships and social expectations.
Ariyiike’s comments also reflect her broader concerns about emotional intelligence, personal development, and the unhealthy behaviours she believes women frequently encounter in modern relationships.
