Martin Kpebu released by OSP

Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu has been released by the Office of the Special Prosecutor.

The lawyer was arrested by the OSP after he was invited to the Office of the Special Prosecutor to substantiate some claims of corruption made against him.

Kpebu, who has been on the neck of the OSP, was arrested after he is said to have had an altercation with the police and military at the office of the special prosecutor.

He was granted bail with the condition that he provide a landed property as security. Kpebu was eventually released tonight and instructed to return on Thursday, December 4, to continue with the process.

The OSP is yet to issue a release on the issue.
