A military helicopter has been involved in an accident.
Reports indicate that four members on board have lost their life as a result of the accident.
The Ghana Armed Forces has in a statement announced that its Airforce Z9 is missing.
According to the statement, the helicopter took off this morning from Accra heading to Obuasi.
However, the helicopter is currently off the radar.
The helicopter according to the Ghana Armed Forces had three crew and five passengers.
Efforts are underway to trace the helicopter and re-establish communication.
