The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced the opening of an online posting window for staff returning from study leave with pay, as part of efforts to streamline the reintegration of qualified teachers into the education system.
In a formal notice issued from the GES Headquarters in Accra on November 4, 2025, the Service directed all regional directors of education and eligible staff to complete online posting forms within a limited three-day period.
According to the notice, the filing window opens on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, and closes on Friday, November 7, 2025.

- Click on the study leave return
4. If you don’t have an application code: 1. Click on Register Now, Wait for prompt, Fill the form details, Click on submit to complete registration.
5. After you have generated the code, use the code to enter the platform and fill it to choose the region of your choice.
