Vice presidential candidate for the New Patriotic Party in the 2024 elections, Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh, has embarked on a solo thank-you tour.
The tour, according to him, is to express his gratitude to party chairmen for their support during the campaign and to urge them to hold the party together as they walk through opposition.
Dr Mathew Opoku Prempeh has so far visited the Bono and Bono East Regions, where he met with the regional chairmen and their constituency chairmen.
In a post shared via social media, Napo urged them to ensure that there is no discord in the party at their levels.
He assured that them with unity, the party can take back power as soon as possible, as the NDC has proven not to know what they are about.
In one of the visits, Napo said “In the afternoon of Thursday, April 24, I held a meeting with our Bono Regional Chairman and his constituency chairmen in Sunyani.
After expressing appreciation to them for their hard work and dedication, I also reminded them of the importance of unity within our party as we look towards 2028.
I urged the Chairmen to lead the charge for unity and reject any actions that may cause division. A united party is the only path forward.
I promised to remain fully committed to every step aimed at re-uniting the NPP and working tirelessly to win back power in 2028″.
